Suspending Blog
Since the Midterm elections are over I am suspending my blog for now. I will decide in the Future if I will blog about 2020 when the time comes. Thank you for reading my posts.

They can call provided 2/3 concur a constitutional convention to re-write the federal Constitution. They can ratify new constitutional amendments provided 3-4th's of them concur. If state conventions are called to ratify amendments they decide it's format. They decide how the presidential electors are selected. The are the office nearest to the people who can have a national impact.
World Cup Day 16
No matches today so instead I will preview tomorrows matches. In the first match France will play Argentina. Argentina has one of the best players ever if not the best player ever Lionel Messi. France has one of the best overall teams in the world. This match will be close and can very easily go into extra time or even penalty kick shootouts. In the second match Uruguay will play Portugal. Portugal has one of the best players in the world Cristiano Rolando and Uruguay also has a very good player called Luis Suarez. I think that this also will be a fin match that could go to extra time or even a shootout.
